Terms & Conditions
1) All orders processed exclusively online have to be completely prepaid. No garment will be sent out before it is paid in full. For orders where several fittings and meetings are carried out (mandatory for wedding dresses and theatre costumes), payment in installments may be possible.
2) I always prefer, if possible, to meet clients personally for fittings and preliminary chats. If you are unable to do this, you can request a cotton mock-up which can then be sent back to me with alteration adjustments if necessary. If the measurements you send me are incorrect, I cannot be held accountable for ill-fitting garments, nor offer a refund. In this case you will need to find a local seamstress to help you. This rule also applies if you gain or lose weight and do not inform me in sufficient time.
3) The price I quote will usually be for the construction/labour charge only. Fabric must be purchased as a separate transaction, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
4) Please note that for a full dress or outfit I will require at least a month to complete your order, and for wedding dresses significantly more. If you contact me for such an item less than a month before you need it, I may not be able to help you.
5) Payment must be made either by Paypal, cheque, cash, postal order or online bank transfer.
6) Good communication is essential, especially if we are involved in a long distance, postal transaction. If you are not able to be in regular contact by phone, email or letter, I may not be able to consider your project.
